During their lives, students and sometimes adults are exposed to a variety of exams and assessments. The results of these examinations often influence our educational path, career plans, and hence our future lives and experiences. We cannot help but worry about this significant issue. Even a normal level of anxiety is required and indeed, healthy for such situations. Yet, occasionally the anxiety we experience exceeds the normal limit and has a detrimental impact on our existing skills and knowledge.
We can decrease excessive anxiety to a healthy level of anxiety if we can identify the source of it and regulate our emotions properly.

In the Exam Anxiety Therapy Protocol, students will

  • Learn the Neurological, Psychological, and Environmental factors that affect anxiety.
  • Learn to appreciate and depend on their own capabilities and competencies.
  • Learn to focus on the process, not the result, and set attainable intermediate goals to assist you to reach your ultimate goal.
  • Experience how to stop automatic thoughts, learn to be in the moment, regain attention, and continue the process.
  • Learn the skills such as relaxation techniques, Mindfulness and Emotion Regulation and apply them in daily life.
  • Learn the correct meaning of exams and anxiety and develop self-confidence and self-respect.
  • Become ready for the exam with practice, role-plays, and exercises.
  • Have a smooth, comfortable exam process using all these skills.
