During their lives, students and sometimes adults are exposed to a variety of exams and assessments. The results of these examinations often influence our educational path, career plans, and hence our future lives and experiences. We cannot help but worry about this significant issue. Even a normal level of anxiety is required and indeed, healthy for such situations. Yet, occasionally the anxiety we experience exceeds the normal limit and has a detrimental impact on our existing skills and knowledge.
We can decrease excessive anxiety to a healthy level of anxiety if we can identify the source of it and regulate our emotions properly.
